FAQs

🌱 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Hot Compost, anyway?
A: It’s part community, part classroom, and part reminder that you can totally make homemade ricotta. We teach lost (but useful) skills like composting, gardening, cooking from scratch, and making do with what you have.

Q: Do I need a garden to join?
A: Nope. A windowsill, a balcony, or even just a curious brain is more than enough. We’re all about meeting you where you are.

Q: What kind of content is included in the membership?
A: Think: ADHD-friendly meals, “Foraged from the Fridge” snack ideas, one how-to for a practical lost skill every month, and seasonal inspiration rooted in simplicity and sustainability.

Q: Is this just for people who already know what they’re doing?
A: Not even close. We’re here for the kitchen experimenters, the compost curious, the overthinkers, the under-planners, and everyone in between.

Q: Why is it called Hot Compost?
A: Because we believe growth should be warm, wild, and alive with possibility. (Also, compost is literally hot when it's doing its thing.)

Q: Can I cancel my membership anytime?
A: Yep! No shady auto-renew traps here—just honest dirt.

Q: Is this for families or individuals?
A: Both! Whether you’re feeding kids or yourself, the goal is the same: to feel more capable, creative, and connected to what you consume.
